My name is Federico Tovoli, and I'm a professional photographer who focuses primarily on photojournalism. I work for national and international magazines, public and private companies, and I teach photography. To learn more, here's the link to my professional website. I've lived in this house since 1999.
During the good season , I'm always traveling for work, both near and far, covering reportages, long-term projects, teaching, consulting, and assignments.

My absence is the reason why I'm making my home available to anyone who wants to discover Elba, enjoy its many beaches, hike through mountains and villages, and have a memorable seaside vacation, staying as
if they were at a friend's house
My grandfather was a worker at the old steelworks.…He emigrated from the nearby Maremma, like my grandmother. He was the son of a mountaineer from Emilia who emigrated to Maremma in the early years of Italian nation.He bought this house in 1942.
Work and love took my father away from Elba.
My brother and I were born in Livorno and experienced the island as a carefree vacation spot throughout our childhood and adolescence.
THE HOUSE CONSISTS OF TWO ROOMS THAT CAN BE CONVERTED INTO THREE WITH A PARTITION: TWO IN THE SLEEPING AREA AND ONE IN THE LIVING AREA. THERE ARE FOUR SOFA BEDS, TWO SINGLES AND ONE DOUBLE, SO THE ROOMS CAN BE USED AS LIVING ROOMS DURING THE DAY AND AS SLEEPING QUARTERS AT NIGHT.
I rent as ENTIRE HOUSE; there are no individual rooms.
The minimum stay is FIVE NIGHTS.
